Yoga Workshop: “Reset & Flow”

Goal:

Let go of built-up physical and mental tension, enhance mobility, and reconnect with a mindful, flowing practice.

This workshop is designed to help you unwind, realign, and reconnect through gentle yet powerful movement. With a focus on releasing tension, improving mobility, and restoring balance, “Reset & Flow” guides you back to a conscious, fluid practice that supports both body and mind. Open to all levels.

HOW DOES EXERCISE IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH?

Exercise can help our mental health by:
  • increasing serotonin and endorphins in our brains, which make us feel good
  • improving sleep
  • increasing self-esteem
  • focusing our attention on activity rather than negative thoughts

In addition, exercise increases the size of the hippocampus, the part of the brain responsible for controlling memory, and has a positive effect on the connections between nerve cells in the brain, helping prevent the onset of disease and cognitive decline.

Improve basic boxing technique, build power and coordination, and learn to move with greater accuracy and confidence.
